Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment, that time is sacred and reserved just for you.  Individual preparations will be made so that I am ready for your arrival.  In return, I ask that you keep your promise to appear.

Cancellations

In the event you are unable to make your appointment (or are running late), kindly alert me by phone as soon as possible.  Ideally, any appointment changes will be made no less than 12 hours in advance, and I will do the same.  If you are unable to reach me in person, do please leave a message.  

Of course, emergencies will be handled differently, as will scheduling conflicts.
