Your Personal Journey

Your Personal Journey  actually begins when you make this divine appointment with body, self and soul.  So be like a detective, in playful search of inner truths and deep yearnings. You might even want to journal in the days that preceed our meeting to track these insights. 

At our appointed hour, we'll briefly review the story of your embodied life and why you've come.

Perhaps an oracle card spread (like the Runes, Angels, Meeting the Self or Psychic Tarot), or a simple drawing representing how you feel or would like to feel, will illuminate symbolic content as inspired. 

Soon the focus of our table work will reveal itself, and once the aromas, healing sounds and therapeutic embellishments have been selected, your individualized bodywork treatment will begin in a peaceful lanai overlooking the garden.  

As you rest on the warm massage table, draped in cozy flannel sheets, my hands, full with presence, slowly invite a shift, an opening to inner guidance, a liberation and a re-membering, as feet, legs, torso, arms, neck, head, heart, soul and energy field are freed to unify.

Don't worry, you won't be rushed out the door when our table work ends.  There'll be ample time for reflection before gently re-entering the outside world.  Be sure to minimize any external demands or commitments for several hours following our session.  Allowing the aftereffect to leisurely resonate with you increases its therapeutic value.   Contact me.
